The "2 Months Free" waiver (saving the client their last 2 payments) is structured as a Good-Payer Completion Rebate rather than an unconditional discount. To qualify for Month 13 and Month 14 at RM 0.00, the client must satisfy the following conditions:
All 12 consecutive monthly installments must be paid on or before the agreed billing due date (or strictly within the standard 7-day grace period).
No dishonored cheques, failed auto-debits, or past-due notices issued across the first 12 months.
The kiosk must remain deployed and actively operating at the approved business premises stated in the contract.
It cannot be subleased, moved to an unregistered location, or decommissioned without Bibora's prior written consent.
The kiosk must not suffer from unauthorized hardware modifications, seal tampering, or gross physical abuse outside standard wear and tear.
Because the client maintained full compliance and completed the 12 active payments, Bibora offsets/releases the initial 2-month deposit to absorb the backend costs, granting Month 13 and Month 14 completely free of charge.
Legal title of the kiosk formally transfers from Bibora to the client at the conclusion of Month 14.
(Note: If a client defaults or frequently lapses past the grace period during M1–M12, they forfeit the free M13–M14 waiver, and the initial deposit is utilized to settle arrears or cover recovery/maintenance costs.)
Billing & Grace Period: Monthly invoices are issued on the 1st of each calendar month and must be settled within seven (7) calendar days via authorized automated deduction (DuitNow Auto-Debit / FPX).
Auto-Suspension ("Kill-Switch"): If payment is not received within seven (7) days past the due date, the AI recognition software license will automatically suspend, placing the kiosk offline until the balance is cleared in full. Software suspension does not freeze, defer, or reduce the ongoing monthly lease obligation.
Default & Contract Termination: If any installment remains overdue past twenty-one (21) calendar days from the invoice due date, this Lease Agreement shall terminate automatically. The upfront security deposit of RM 1,183.58 is immediately forfeited in full to offset default, administrative, and initial logistics costs, and Bibora reserves the unrestricted right to repossess the hardware.
Irrevocable License to Enter: The client grants Bibora and its designated technicians irrevocable permission to enter the trading stall, shop, cafeteria, or premise to dismantle and retrieve the kiosk. The client expressly waives any claim for civil trespass or operational disruption associated with lawful repossession.
What Bibora Covers (Warranty): Free remote core software/firmware bug fixes, standard system stability patches, and repair/replacement of internal core electronics (single-board computer, power supply units, load-cell boards, and vision sensors) caused by verified manufacturing defects or standard operating wear.
Scope Exclusion (AI Model Fine-Tuning & New Dishes): Warranty and standard software support strictly exclude custom AI menu additions, new dish data collection, model retraining, and re-annotation. Adding new food items or updating detection models beyond the initial onboarding scope will be quoted and billed as an ad-hoc technical fine-tuning service.
Service Resolution Window: Due to supply-chain logistics and hardware component procurement, physical repairs, diagnostics, or parts replacements may take up to sixty (60) calendar days. Bibora shall not be held liable for any indirect business losses, trading downtime, or customer claims incurred during this repair period.
What the Client Covers (Abuse / External Damage): Ingress of hot liquids, soup, curries, cooking oils, water damage, direct physical screen impact, foreign object damage, or electrical board damage resulting from ungrounded sockets or power surges. Opening the protective chassis, tampering with security seals, or making unauthorized internal hardware modifications voids all warranty protections immediately.
Designated Operating Location: The kiosk is authorized to function solely at the registered stall, premise, or canteen lot specified in the deployment schedule.
Relocation Notice: Moving the kiosk to another unit, branch, or temporary pop-up site requires at least seven (7) business days’ prior written notice and written confirmation from Bibora.
Model Retraining & Callout Costs: Unauthorized physical relocation alters ambient lighting, lens reflections, and station geometry, which can degrade food detection accuracy. Any on-site technician callout or custom dataset fine-tuning necessitated by an unauthorized move will be billed directly to the client as an ad-hoc technical service charge.
No Subleasing or Pledging: The client shall not sublease, transfer custody of, assign, or pledge the kiosk as security or collateral for loans. Legal title remains exclusively with Bibora until Month 14 completion.
Right of Early Purchase: The client maintains the right to accelerate full ownership of the kiosk hardware at any stage during the 14-month term by executing an Early Buyout Settlement.
Hardware Settlement Formula: The client settles only the remaining unbilled hardware balance:
Deposit Offset: The initial upfront deposit of RM 1,183.58 will be credited directly against the final hardware buyout balance (provided the kiosk is fully functional and all prior monthly dues are settled).
Hardware Title Transfer: Upon clearance of the buyout balance, 100% legal title and equipment ownership of the physical kiosk transfer immediately to the client.
Mandatory AI SaaS Subscription: Early hardware buyout does not terminate or waive the software subscription. An active AI SaaS Subscription (starting from RM 199.00/month) is mandatory for as long as the kiosk is deployed and active at the premise. Ongoing subscription is required for operational AI inferences, point-of-sale integration, cloud telemetry, and platform access across all payment and ownership models.
Voluntary Exit Notice: If the client permanently closes down or ceases trading prior to Month 12, the agreement may be terminated by providing thirty (30) calendar days’ written notice.
Deposit Retention: The upfront security deposit of RM 1,183.58 is retained by Bibora to offset de-installation logistics, transport, inspection, and asset depreciation.
Unit Condition: The kiosk must be surrendered in good operational order, subject only to reasonable commercial wear. Physical cracks, stripped ports, or fluid damage will be billed separately to the client.
Electrical Supply: The client must supply a dedicated, surge-protected 220–240V AC grounded power point within 1.5 meters of the installation station.
Environmental Siting: The kiosk must be positioned away from open flames, deep fryers, and high-heat induction cookers, and protected from outdoor rain spray or blinding, direct sunlight glare.
Network Connectivity: The client must ensure an active, uninterrupted Wi-Fi connection or 4G/5G mobile hotspot (minimum stable 10 Mbps) at the counter to support real-time POS processing, cloud logging, and remote diagnostics.
Transparent, one-time computer vision training to tailor our AI optical engine to your exact kitchen recipes and menu items.
Onboarding starts at RM 1,300 to train and deploy computer vision for 1 Nasi Putih + 5 Core Dishes, giving vendors an accessible entry point with no hidden baseline costs.
The AI setup fee is charged per unique menu set, not per machine—meaning high-traffic canteens running 2 to 3 checkout lanes off the same kitchen pay the setup fee only once.
Stalls with expansive selections beyond the base 5 items receive a customized, negotiable quote tailored specifically to their daily spread, variety, and rotation needs.
Reassure business owners with a clear turnaround speed of approximately 3 business days per dish from initial photo capture to live model compilation on the kiosk.
Base Package Price: RM 1,300 (one-time initial onboarding fee).
Included Scope: Covers dataset collection, bounding-box annotation, model training, and vision deployment for 1 Nasi Putih + 5 Core Dishes (Lauk) (6 classes total).
Custom & Extended Menus: Stalls or cafeterias offering more than the base 5 dishes will receive a customized quotation based on menu complexity, seasonal rotations, and total dish count.
Single Kitchen / Shared Menu: The setup fee is charged per unique menu set, not per individual hardware unit. If a premise operates multiple Bibora kiosks serving identical food items from the same kitchen, the RM 1,300 setup fee is billed only once.
Distinct Branches / New Kitchens: Separate branches or distinct cooking operations with noticeable visual differences in food presentation, cuts, or gravies require a dedicated dataset and a separate setup fee.
Introducing New Dishes: Once the kiosk is actively operating, introducing an additional dish (lauk) to the vision engine starts from RM 270 per dish.
Visual Recipe Changes: Significant changes to how an existing dish looks (e.g., changing from a clear red gravy to a dark thick sauce, or shifting from whole chicken cuts to shredded pieces) require dataset updating and will be treated under the standard per-dish training rate.
Kitchen Readiness: The client must prepare freshly cooked, full-portion servings of all onboarded dishes on the scheduled dataset collection day.
Plating & Lighting: Dishes must be presented on the stall's actual dining plates and bowls. Data capture will photograph dishes across natural plating variations, varying gravy distributions, and different ambient counter lighting conditions.
On-Site Readiness: If dataset capture is delayed or needs to be rescheduled due to unprepared kitchen items during the confirmed visit, an ad-hoc technician mobilization fee may apply.
Model Training Timeline: Data processing, synthetic augmentation, neural network training, and edge-device compilation require approximately 3 business days per dish (lauk).
Acceptance Sign-Off: Each trained menu set undergoes an on-site validation check to confirm consistent real-time classification accuracy on standard, clearly visible plates before live customer checkout is enabled.
No matter which payment structure you select, your kiosk is equipped with complete enterprise-grade features.
High-precision optical camera system with tuned anti-glare illumination to detect dishes under wet curry, gravies, and mixed sauces.
Detects protein, vegetables, rice volume, and side condiments simultaneously without requiring cashiers to press buttons.
Integrated customer-facing screen displaying live bill totals and instant dynamic DuitNow QR for seamless payment.
Full tracking of peak hour throughput, popular dishes, daily revenue settlement, and live kitchen inventory alerts.
Our engineers train your specific menu (60–100+ local dishes) with benchmark accuracy exceeding 95% before deployment.
